I have been counsel on this case since 12/11/2013-current (case is still open). I have 10 years of experience working on this complex federal equity receivership case. I have attended all hearings in the case, argued all motions, prepared all motions to sell property (including, personal property, domestic and international property), to approve sale plans, prepare/revise status reports, developed/implemented claims processes, conducted private and public sales, researched complicated receivership issues (including tax issues, appointing order issues, etc).
